 Each turnover includes: 

○ Premium deep clean each visit including laundry and staging. 

○ Assist is restockables and updates about the property.

○ Utilize seamless booking tools such as hostaway or lodgify. 

○ Provide photos with invoice after each visit.

 ○ Outside Kitchen appliances (inside microwave/dishwasher) 

○ Outside cupboards and vanities

○ baseboards, doors & trims

○ windows including tracks/trims

○ surfaces + belongings dusted and disinfected

○ Bathrooms deep cleaned

○ Spot check walls

○ Light fixtures, switches & outlets 

○ Areas tidied and organized

○ Beds made (provide linen or we make as is)

○ Furntiure pulled out and vacuumed (including under cushions and pet beds if any)
